Advantages
Easy to create account and log in
uploaded or pages are accessible on various programs (Youtube, google, flicker, and more)
Easy to share on twitter, facebook, and other forms of programs or email
Great for managing documents online for students to access
Good to upload old files and share

Disadvantages
Need internet access that meets the uploading required speed
May not always be in depth learning for meaningful lessons unless time allotted during gathering info
All programs must be updated on your computer to view some links or files
May not be very useful if you don't use it often and avail the great features
